The
Office of Technology Transfer (TT) and Intellectual
Property(IP)
TT/IP supports all IIT efforts to build and sustain relationships with corporations
and other external organizations. The office coordinates the process of identifying,
evaluating, protecting, marketing, and licensing all IIT inventions and copyrightable
material.

University Technology Park At IIT (UTP) includes
state-of-the-art facilities designed to help propel a broad
spectrum of technological and scientific innovations capable of changing
the world. Ideally situated in the heart of Chicago, it connects clients
with the outstanding research faculties and resources at Illinois Institute
of Technology and across the city.
Interprofessional Projects
(IPRO)
The IPRO Program engages multidisciplinary
teams of students in semester-long undergraduate projects
based on real-world topics from sponsors including corporations,
entrepreneurial ventures, government agencies, and non-profit
organizations.
 Student Innovations
At the Center
for Professional Development, students apply their knowledge
